Centrally located in the community of Killarney in Calgary.
Easy access to main arteries and major bus routes that cross the city in both directions at the intersection where we are located.
Our rooms are intended for ONE person.
Very fast internet service included.
Whole-home interconnected smoke detector device in every room.
Fire extinguisher in every room.
Meals are not included in pricing.

Each basement Room has
2 windows
full-size fridge,
single induction cooktop,
rice cooker,

kettle and
related utensils for light cooking.

One full and one-half washroom in the basement suite;

One semi-retired MALE in our suite has a service dog that visits for partial week.

Laundry is available and shared on the main level.
One load of laundry per week.
Room pricing is somewhat reasonably negotiable.
Damage deposit is waived for visitors via this portal.
Rent is due FIRST day of each month.
