Stylish, modern, air-conditioned guest room in the SE community of Wolf Willow. Just a few blocks away from the Bow river, Fish creek park, and noteworthy restaurants and so much more. The house is a 10-minute drive from St. Mary’s University, a 24-minute drive from Mount Royal University, and features a bus stop within a few blocks of the house. Perfect for a student or working professional.

The room includes a single bed (with a new Sealy mattress), a full L-shaped desk, and a walk-in closet with a dresser and hanging storage. There is a private bathroom next to the bedroom. Shared spaces in the house include the kitchen, living/dining room, laundry and TV area.
