• We live in a very quiet neighborhood of Crestmont SW. We have a 3-bedroom non-smoking, no-pet home with only 3 adults in the household.
• In your room, there is a queen-size bed, study desk/chair and bookcase; bedding, bed linen, blankets will be provided.
• Laundry room is shared; detergent and dryer sheets will be provided.
• Bathrooms = ½ bath on the main floor; shared full bathroom on the second floor.
Note: We require a one-month clear notice to vacate.
Rules: Absolutely no drugs, no pets, no smoking and no overnight guests allowed. We expect our guest to keep their room clean with no food and respect the work hours of those you live with (for example: no loud facetime/skyping or music during normal sleeping hours).
