Hello, welcome to sunny south Calgary! We have welcomed international guests since 2011 and most recently, several guests from beautiful Japan
Our home is comfortable, clean and safe. Snuggled in the community of Shawnessy, we are conveniently located steps away from public transit and 35 minutes from downtown. Our community has walking paths, shops, library and more within short distance from our home. Beautiful Fish Creek Provincial Park is nearby and an awesome way to spend the day in nature, and also enjoyed by many locals.
My adult daughter and I reside in the home along with our pets (active puppy and two cats ). Someone is usually home and we maintain a quiet life style. We prefer female guests only.
You will be provided with a spacious bedroom complete with closet, desk, lounger, fridge, coffee maker. Also, your own personal pantry and fridge is just outside the room. Your private bathroom is located upstairs and there is lots of room to store your personal toiletries (not provided by host).
You are welcome to use of our kitchen anytime, but ask that you replace what you consume (ie. spices) and clean after use.
The laundry room is steps from your bedroom and we ask that laundry is limited to one or two loads per week (laundry soap not provided by host)
We have a beautiful backyard to relax in. It is enjoyed throughout the summer and into the fall. You will find peace here to read, listen to music or work from your laptop.
This is a non smoking, non drug use home. We respect our guests privacy and expect the same in return.
