One bedroom available at A minimum of $700 per month, depending on whether meals are required. One bedroom is now rented/occupied and the other bedroom is now vacant & ready immediately. One meal (dinner) is included daily when we're all home together. We offer Free Wi-Fi ; TV & All utilities included. This basement suite has a large Rec room with TV & an electric fireplace; 2 large bedrooms; shared laundry; storage rooms; kitchenette with a sink & counter where simple meals can be prepared (with kitchen privileges upstairs) and a 3 piece bathroom with heated floor. This suite has a separate entrance & It is Close to South Campus Hospital in SE Calgary; coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, some within walking or bicycling distance & many, many more just one bus away. The bus is almost outside our door and is 10-15 minutes away from the LRT to downtown) We are also close to Fish Creek Park, and many bicycle paths, parks, & the Bow River with a view of the mountains. My daughter & 2 grandchildren (16 & 13 years old) & I live upstairs. We have 1 small dog; one cat & a bunny rabbit. We have hosted students and adults for years in Montreal and now in Calgary, Alberta. We have visited Mexico and the United States. We do not allow smoking in our home. We belong to a church & are all interested in music and acting.
