Calm, Clean, & Fully furniture rent rooms in NW for male-only
1. Currently, a room (Room-A) is available from Jun 17th when the guest will move out on the due date, and the other room (Room-B) is occupied by a male guest now. So a woman is not available now.
2. Each room has a single bed, desk, chair, and wide closet, and shares a bathroom and a shower booth.
3. The homestay fee will be $650/month, excluding the fee for meals. (We don't offer meals for guests)
(ie, Monthly fee: Room-A $650/month, Room-B $600/month)
4. The deposit will be $650 and it will be returned back when moving out on the due date.
(ie, Deposit: Room-A $650, Room-B $600)
You will have to pay both the monthly fee and deposit in advance when you decide to move in and get into a mutual agreement.
5. The monthly fee includes the utility fees such as water, electricity, heating, and wireless Internet, No additional fee at all (We have 3 WiFi in high speed)
6. You can cook for yourself with your own food at no additional fee.
(ie. If you want to cook for yourself with your food, you can use the kitchenette whenever you want. We are fully equipped with a big refrigerator, cooker, toaster, dishes, spoons, or something for homestay guests. You don't have to pay any additional fee for cooking at the kitchenette.)
7. Available parking space for a homestay guest in front of the garage.
8. Close near to the bus stop (1 minute's walking distance), and easily connecting to C-train to downtown and everywhere by one pass ticket.
(It takes about 30 minutes to downtown by public transit, and 15 minutes by car)
9. Our family members at home are a couple of husband and wife.
We're treating homestay guests with high convenience and satisfaction.
