Living with my husband and son in our bungalow located in beautiful Lake Bonavista community situated in SE Calgary. We do live mainly in the main floor and are working from home.
Basement features two rooms, a 3 pieces bathroom, an extra shower, a family room with a TV and a bar with a small fridge, washer and dryer.
The house is close to highway 2 and 20 minutes drive away from the airport. There is two regular buses going from our area to the to close by C-train (subway, metro).
It takes 30 minutes to go to downtown and 1 hr to the university of Calgary.
If you love walking or enjoy the nature, we are 2 minutes walk away from the Fish Creek Park.
A plaza and a street mall are close by.
