No visitors allowed in the house for safety concerns.

Current roommates are all young male international students.

The house passed the Alberta Health Services the safe housing inspection program and Calgary fire department fire safety code.

The house’s location is very convenient for you if you are a student or working holiday visa as it's really close to the University and easy to find a job around. It's very easy to reach Sait or any other CTrain station from here as well. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Banff Traill Ctrain station.There are already some roommates so there's always someone to talk to. Roommates are friendly and easy to get along with. In case you need something the landlord can be easily reached by text almost all the time and is ready to assist you during your stay.
