Hello, My name is Ester , Lowel is the name of my husband. We are 4 in the family . My eldest son is 17 yr. old and my youngest daughter is 13 yr. old . - We I offer private bedrooms with shared bathroom. I am looking for a female/male student who is independent , responsible , clean and tidy , respectful. doesn’t smoke/vape , non-alcoholic, reliable and will respect the all the housemates and the neighbours as well.
I help students to settle here in Canada smoothly such us applying to Social Insurance , getting Calgary Identification card, securing Canada Cellphone and opening Bank account if they wish to do so. I also guide them how to take the Transit Bus and show them around their new place and be familiar etc.
We treat students like a part of the family. My house is vey simple and minimalize. We welcome our students to enjoy our bright, roomy ,comfortable living and dining rooms and kitchen and to use the kitchen to cook their own food/snacks provided they have their own ingredients but they can share my cooking wares and plates, spoons /forks but expect them to clean up after.
I ask for Reservation Deposit for the ROOM $100 upon booking. This Reservation deposit of $100 however, will be deducted from the frist payment on UPON OCCUPANCY.
Upon confirmation of your stay in our humble home, I will highly appreciate is we meet virtually and discuss your intention to book our place. I will answer all your questions and any clarifications.
During our virtual meeting , I will also discuss with you some of the house rules and from there, we can meet at the middle to agree or have some suggestions.
