N.W Homestay is a clean, safe, friendly and secure environment for Guests - students, working professional or on working holidays. We have been hosting International Students learning (ESL), guest on working holidays or working professionals for over 15 years..
We are conveniently located to: bus stop is 5 minutes from home but can also take a short cut and walk for 12 minutes to Crowfoot C train station, 7 minutes C train ride to University of Calgary, 12 minutes to SAIT, 15- 20 minutes to Downtown Calgary and Junior/Senior High Schools are just 5 - 15 minutes bus ride.
Centrally located with tons of amenities at the Crowfoot Center where there are grocery stores, banks, medical offices, cafe's, restaurants, library, gym, shops, YMCA etc.
We have a large kitchen, family room to share games and movie nights. Large deck and beautifully landscaped backyard to sit and enjoy the sun with the view of Canada Olympic Park.
Our monthly Fee of $900/mo includes Light Breakfast although we share a few times a week a taste of our dinner as we are generous and caring couple. This fee reflects high costs of everything in the standard of living in Calgary! I also offer occasional treats like baked goods or fruits.
Laundry - Once/week detergents is included in the fees.
We require 25% DEPOSIT upon booking to secure the room.
We are a multinational couple (Asian/European). Husband and wife lives in the house as children both over the age of 18 has moved out and an adorable 11 year old Maltese who's hypo allergenic name (Buster). We maintain a very CLEAN HOME, are very hospitable and caring family unit who's our main goal is to help out our students prosper in their studies and we go above and beyond our means to assist and nurture our students /guests.
We also accept Guests on working holidays or working professionals. The students/guests have become a member of our family and have lasting friendship even after they moved out. We look forward in hearing from you and it is our privilege and honor to host.

Meals Light breakfast. We offer occasional treats like baked goods, fruits and special refreshments in the summer time.
Your Homestay experience:
- Bedroom 1 is cozy and spacious. Bedroom 2 and 3 are bright, spacious and with a view. Bedrooms are private room with bed, desk and reading light. Bedroom # 3 is the biggest room. Bedroom # 2 has a walk in closet.
- Opportunities for weekend family interaction such playing board games and movie nights etc...
