Homestay in Calgary, Canada

Located in Sage Hill - NW Calgary AB
I'm a friendly Canadian who speaks a little Korean and would like to learn more with a room to rent.
I'm a landlord who values house cleanliness, so I'm looking for someone who can use it cleanly!
You can move in from June 1st.
Utilities included, own bathroom
2nd floor - $700
Basement - $800 - $1300 (couples, friends, or alone)
The deposit is one month's rent.
You can cook freely in the kitchen during the day.
You can join me when I go to Costco, H-mart, or A-mart for easy shopping.
Also If the time is right, you can also join me when I go to Banff, Canmore, or Lake Louis for Hiking or day trip.
Sometimes, you can invite friends with permission, no large gatherings and use of drugs are prohibited.
Two Entertainment rooms for watching your favorite TV Shows on a 65 and 75 inch TV - Access to Netflix, Disney, and Amazon.
The upstairs room is a comfortable queen-sized bed and the basement has is a king size bed.
The house is clean and very nice
You have to stay at least 3 months minimum which can be renewed with approval and if you wish to leave please provide a months notice.
It's far from downtown but within 5 minutes on foot, there are co-op, shoppers drug mart, Tim Horton's, burger shops, chicken restaurants, etc
If you take the bus for 8 minutes, there is beacon hill (Hmart, Paris Baguette, Dollarama, etc.). It takes about 25 minutes from home.
