Thank you for looking at our happy home. .✔ Over the past 20 years we have hosted students from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, Sudan, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, India, Yemen, Rwanda, China and Hong Kong
and enjoyed the cultural experience very much.
The rules of our house are that a student must be safe, comfortable and happy. Communication is so important so that students needs are satisfied, including their privacy.
We are four houses from the transit. It takes about seven minutes to the C-Train which takes about 20-30 minutes to downtown. Now MAX Yellow arrived Dec. 23, 2020. It is close to our house.
MAX Yellow is Calgary’s newest rapid transit line serving Downtown, Mount Royal University, Rockyview Hospital, Southland Leisure Centre and other southwest destinations
We also have provision for students to do their own cooking in the kitchen and the price is between $500.00 and $550.00 - depending on room size.
There is WiFi, laundry, kitchen facilities and all utilities included.
There are many parks and hiking trails nearby, plus Southland Leisure Centre which has a nice swimming pool and exercise room.
Calgary is famous for the Calgary Stampede, Spruce Meadows, and many other interesting venues.
Banff is an hour and a half away.
