안녕하세요, こんにちは feel like home in the lovely neighborhood of Calgary South East. close to the park and all amenities.
The bus stop is just 2 minute's walk with bus number 43 frequently every 10 minutes. Shopping, convenience stores, Tim Hortons, Subway, etc. everything is within walking distance of 5 minutes.
We are a Korean-Indian married couple, feel free to ask any questions. we are extremely supportive and friendly, and will do our best for your comfortable stay :).
The full house will be yours for your privacy. If you have your friends coming to stay together, you will save a lot.
1. Room A has a king-size bed, dressing table, chair, side table, lamp, fridge, TV stand, walk-in closet
Room B has a king-size bed, side table, lamp, and closet for keeping and hanging clothes
Room C has a Queen size bed, working table, office chair, side table, lamp and walk-in closet
2. Rent for Room A: $850/month for a single person & $1250/month for 2 people
Rent for Room B & Room C:: $750/month for a single person & $1100/month for 2 people
3. The deposit for each room will be equal to the one month's rent and it will be returned when moving out on the due date.
4. You will have to pay the deposit in advance when you decide to move in and get into a mutual agreement. A rent of one month is required to be paid when moving in.
5. The monthly fee of the utilities will be divided between the tenants. High-speed Wifi is provided complimentary.
6. Feel free to cook your food at no additional fee. Dishes/Utensils are provided to you for usage during the stay
7. Available parking space for a homestay guest in the carport or street parking- free of charge
8. Close to the bus stop (2-minute walking distance), and easily connecting to C-train to downtown (43 number Bus)
(It takes about 20-24 minutes to downtown by public transit and 10-12 minutes by car)
Laundry is in-house and free for use
