There are lovely two bedrooms of basement suite (no separated entrance) with full bathroom and simple kitchen available for homestay guest now.
The house located conveniently by the 69 Street C-train station, it's very convenient to downtown or anywhere you want. It close to Ernest Manning High School (5-minute walk distance). walk distance to the Ambrose University and Rundle College Society School. There are lot of shopping center and restaurants nearby.
Looking for mature clean respectful tenants or students. Simple cooking only.
Rental fee is $680 for one room, utilities included.
One-month security deposit required, income prove needed.
