It is a brand new renovated basement suit, at newer 2 story house, great location, 10 minuts to downtown and University of Calgary each. Has many windows, feel like ground level, Installed brand new high efficiency furnace for the basement only. It is very warm now. Officially 2 bedroom, my sister lived at 1 bedroom, she has been working at different city for long time. She might will be here once a few months.
Has own brand new fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen, 4 piece washroom. Basically you have whole suit within price of 1 bedroom. Whole basement is over 1000 sq foot, the bedroom is over 200 sq foot. We hosted Japanese, Korean students before. They were part of family and super happy with us. Accepting only female student. $800 monthly without food or $900 monthly with food. 2 weeks deposit is required. Long term home stay only, minimum 6 months. No party, no accompany, no alcohol, no smoking or drug. Study only, quite Very friendly family.
