We have furnished room available. Location is in Centre Street NE, 1 mins walk to bus stop and 10 minutes go to downtown by bus, also walk to high end shopping area including supermarket and fine dining restaurants, Ample parking on street, 15 minute drive to air port.
Our house is a two story single house, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, microwave, new washer and dryer on the same floor, as well as utilities are all included.
No pet, no smoke and no night guest..
There is a kitchen in the basement for simple cooking. Welcome to use the washer and dryer once a week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
We also provide 3 meals for $30 per day.
Cleaning fee charge $50 per month, will be refund if you do your cleaning at least once a month. Thank you for clearing up your home.
